I train my clients at Golds Gym in Hollywood, CA. I am an independent trainer, not affiliated with Golds Gym. I chose this gym for its productive layout, the variety of the latest state of the art weight and cardio equipment available, a pleasant professional atmosphere, and the friendly staff. I have never trained at a better operated facility.
The gym also offers a large range of fun and energetic classes for you to choose from outside of our hourly training session. This gym is geared towards the beginner and intermediate fitness enthusiast.
